Golf Yourself Puzzled
Gary Player once said that “Golf is a Puzzle without an answer”. Well, Gary, you’re wrong…we’ve found the answer and want to share it with the world!
A Golfing Tale of Two Halves
As the UK Golf season draws to a close, Kris Lynch reflects on a year which started with so much promise, yet finished with a tinge of frustration and unfulfilled potential.

Golf Yourself Patriotic
In today’s society, the subject of national pride often attracts fierce debate and controversy. Golf For Sands
On Friday 14 June 2024, GYH Founder, Kris Lynch, joined forces with friends and fellow bereaved fathers, Ben Seabrook and Mike Harris, to take part in the Golf for Sands challenge. Fuelled with a motivation to honour and remember their sons and daughters (Christopher, Dylan, Innes and Rohaise), they played 54 holes of Golf at Prince’s Golf Club in Sandwich, Kent and raised over £1,800 for Sands, to provide support for fellow bereaved parents, who have experienced Baby Loss. This is a story of camaraderie, grief, hope and a collective love for Golf.
Me and My Handicap
“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow men. True nobility lies in being superior to your former self.” Ernest Hemingway

However, rather than it being a means for other to judge me, or to define me by their own standards, I use my Handicap to motivate me to keep growing as a Golfer and as a human being.
But Why? The Curious Case of Growing the Game
Within Golf’s echo chambers, the term “Growing the Game” often draws just as much cynicism, as it does optimism. Amidst all the noise, have you ever stopped to ask yourself WHY we are trying “Grow the Game” in the first place? Kris Lynch explains how, by putting your WHY at the forefront of everything you do, good things shall come to pass for you and for countless others.
Golf Yourself Nostalgic
In March 2020, with Armageddon looming Kris Lynch made the long journey North from London to his hometown in Aberdeen. With Golf clubs in tow, he hit the road and embraced the apocalypse. Little did he know at the time, Golf would act as the ideal conduit for collective recovery and redemption.
